“Professional! Prompt! & Precise! He unloaded his D-6 Cat on a Tuesday morning. He first put in a unique custom road up a steep hill on the back of my property, installed 50’ of metal culverts and smoothed out 3-4” of quality road base as if he was using a small tractor. He also groomed the hill by leveling out a couple knob hills and filling in an eroded ravine.

He then installed a 5000 sw ft building pad with laser level precision using 14 20yd loads of quality fill.

He then headed down to the front of my property and dug out a 10’ deep pond with a lazer level earth dam. He had already located clay for lining the tank but fortunately he found plenty of clay as he dug, so no extra was needed. He used the excess to fill in a wash behind the dam and he stockpiled the topsoil for later use. Even neighbors driving by called to compliment how precious and attractive the new tank looked.

He did all this in just 5 days and finished everything with his Cat as if someone had followed him with a skid steer. I’ve been around a lot of construction, but I’ve never seen anyone as efficient and precise with such a large piece of equipment.
